Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.

All stock is located and dispatched from Brisbane.

We use Australia Post Standard and Express parcel post.

All items are sent with tracking number provided to you via shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs are calculated in checkout.

We currently only ship domestically to customers located within Australia.

If a parcel does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please allow 5-7 working days for Australia Post to complete process of tracking and locating your delivery. Only after confirmation of a lost parcel from Australia Post can any refunds or replacements be processed.
